[...] Comments on the management style : 1. The arrival and the integration: It is not very easy to arrive in a foreign country. We always hope meet friendly and jovial people. The first meeting in the company is the utmost importance. It was essential for me to make a good one’s first impression. Without knowing it, I was going to test from the start . We sent me a taxi at the airport. I put my mind at rest. Arriving at the hotel, the Trade Talks made me welcome. [...]
[...] As a sport team, we are eleven and you have two or three who cannot follow. They handicape everyone and they lose their time and their money. As regards the french manager, he was nice to make small talk but he thought one is better than others. It is not good the group atmosphere. [...]

[...] You take off for the adventure. In view of the fact there is none basic salary, the french manager recruits more sales representative and employees working in the street than he needs. If the sales representative deals, he earns a lot of money and the satisfaction of his manager. In opposite, if he doesn’t deal he spends every day and of course he loses time and money. And if he has not got money anymore he will set off again, and for in the Timeshare business, nobody will not have seen him ! [...]
