    Nowadays, new management techniques are being used to develop more efficient interaction between workers and to improve productivity of work and people.

    In order to reach this objectives, it could be better for companies, to put in place, to define news standards. Profit is the first goal, but not all means are good to reach it. Companies must get employees the training, authority, resources, and self confidence they need. Moreover, they can instil new business values. In AT&T for example chairman Robert Allen says that one of his highest priorities today is “defining and disseminating the new values AT&T will need to compete in the new millennium. These include respect for individual, dedication to helping customers, integrity, innovation and teamwork”. More managers must be aware of this today.
