What happens if the company makes losses consistently?
1. Firstly, the shareholders will make decisions which can either change the managers within the company or they can make strategic decisions affecting the orientation of the company
2. Secondly, they may need to decide collectively to contribute more capital to the company – to increase their cash contribution in the loss making business or
3. Thirdly, they may decide to stop the activity of the company – to go bankrupt! Their shares then become worthless. (...)
