TweeterI worked three months and a half in a winery in the Sonoma County, USA. Before going to the USA I thought all the wineries were huge, and that their purpose was to make money without regarding the quality of the wine.
The winery that is analysed in this document is a small familial winery that is very competitive. They have been growing grapes for 40 years, and making wine for 25. This report is an analysis of why and how small wineries can be successful. The winery wanted to stay anonymous. Therefore, we shall call it "Anonymous Small Vineyard".
