    (...) William sues as the Court decides that contract is enforceable.
    Trial Court and Appellate Court found for Walker-Thomas, because they feel that they didn't have the power to deny enforcement of contract on the basics that they are unconscionable.
    The District Court of Columbia ruled that the court can void contract on the basics of unconscionability.
    But the Trial Court and Appellate Court didn't seek if the contract in this cases were or not unconscionable.
    However, the District of Columbia can only decide the issue as a matter of law, so District of Columbia decides that the case must be remanded to the Trial Court for further proceedings.

    (...) The District Court of Columbia defines the unconscionability, I quote: "to include an absence of meaningful choice on the part of one of the parties together with contract terms which are unreasonably favorable to the other party".
    So there are two elements as the contract can be considered as unconscionable.
    The first element is the meaningful choice of one of the parties must be absent. This absence is determined by consideration of all the circumstances surrounding the transaction.
    In the circumstances to be taken into account, there is the importance of education (...)
