The differences between Western and Asian behaviours are very significant if we focus on the organisational behaviour aspect. The Asian values are fundamentally different from Western norms, as a consequence, before dealing with Asian partners, identifying the main characteristics of Asian business environments is a key step to succeed. Moreover, it's crucial to define the cultural norms of the various business actors.
