Résumé
The subject covered there is a subject of topicality. It seemed to me interesting to analyze the impact of the download on the music industry and the position of the various actors. Our analysis proceeded in three points:
Initially, we drew up a bibliography (which did not cease being updated). This bibliography enabled us to know the bases of the actual faintness, but also the figures of the evolution and also the position of the various actors.
In the second time, we drew up a questionnaire according to our waitings, which we submitted to hundred people, without taking account of the age, the socioprofessional category or of the standard of living.
Then, to finish, and in an aim of perfecting our analysis, we had opportunity of questioning two professionals of the music: a record dealer, and a group "mixing" on illegally downloaded titles.
We are living at a time where technology evolves faster and faster, and this has a direct impact on our society and on the way we consume. Undeniably, there are losers in these changes. One of the most important changes, is certainly how we listen music today. Today, the Cd is not the most used format to listen to music since the apparition of the Mp3 format. Indeed, today we have tools to listen to Mp3, a numerical format, and Cds are not necessary anymore. The music industry has to evolve if it doesn't want to lose too much in this change. That's what we will see in that study.
