Résumé
The project provide a detailed study of the business environment of Qantas; its international business strategy, organization and performance. Several different grids of global integration vs local responsiveness are proposed. In addition, the company objectives are identified, as well as some of the international business problem(s)/opportunities confronted by the firm. We proposed strategic solutions to solve the problem concerning the regulation of carbon emission, the criteria for evaluating the alternatives and recommendations.
