This text is an article extract from "The Economist" of October 27th. This article talks about the oldest America's industrial cities which compose the Rustbelt. Rustbelt cities think that America's old industrial cities can indeed rise again. Big cities such as New York and Chicago have experienced a rebirth, thanks in part to new business in the 90's. These cities want to attract investments in order to restart their economy. Cities that might lure start-up and retain its students after graduation.
