Résumé

Human Resource Management is the type of management that links employees activities to the business or organization's strategies. In this sense, Google have a very special way to manage it's staff. When we speak about human resources, we speak as about "talent", about skills and as in some sorts of a competitive advantage. Google understood earlier that the management of the human resources is one of keys of the success and a major advantage on a more and more competitive market. Thus, we can say that Google uses the soft model of management of its staff because it focuses on treating employees as valued assets and source of competitive advantage, according to the Harvard Model.
