This survey about Toyota focuses on the different features of Human Resources in relation to the firm's corporate culture, strategy and competitiveness.
After a brief outline about the corporation, we will investigate how and to what extent Human Resources of Toyota effectively support the firm's corporate vision and mission to achieve this leader position of one of the most respected and attractive firms in Japan. We will eventually conduct a critical appraisal of some of the practices described and reflect on Toyota's future perspectives and opportunities.
