Résumé
We can notice that with the globalization of the companies, there are more and more merger and acquisition processes. The companies are doing such operations in order to gain some market shares, to grow and/or to get a competitive advantage.
But we can also notice that for these mergers and acquisitions to be a success, the only technical feasibility is not enough: new cultural problems appear that come from the diversity of the populations concerned. Therefore, the human aspects also need to be taken into consideration.
