Résumé

This financial statement analysis has been done in the framework of an international MBA programme and got a 100% grade.

This comparative case study focuses on two computers manufacturers: Dell, Inc. and Gateway, Inc.

After a brief overview of their business models, we will analyse their financial statements, enlightening some interesting data and ratios. We will then compare their respective strategic and financial positions and conclude on their strengths and potential weaknesses stemming from their financial statement analysis.
