Résumé

BIC annual report is very fun and very attractive. Indeed in this structure and realisation, we can consider than it's oriented to regular consumers of the company.

In fact, the 20 first of the report pages are dedicated to the consumers and its relation they encounter with BIC. Many values are developed, as accessibility of the products, the quality of theme, and the pleasure that meet consumers where they uses Bic products.

Photos of consumers and small sentences are presented to show the importance that Bic according to its customers.

The annual report is clearly oriented to the life day of customers, thanks to the using of communication skills adapted for all types of them. This report is making to reach a lot of consumers, and not simply one part of them (most of the time share holders). It could be read easily.

After this first part dedicated to the customer, we have a general presentation of the group and its results, by the chief executive officer and the chairman of the board. They define the realisations of the years and the future head lines of the strategy for 2007. A small interview of them, with smiles photos of each one offer the opportunity to know clearly who and how the Bic governance is made. This part permits to create an individual relation of proximity with the consumers.

After this presentation making by this two persons, we have a description of the entire domain where BIC act. The Bic activity is developed on its 3 portfolios which are shavers, lighters and paper manufacturing. This presentation of each, offers a clear vision of the business of BIC, and defines the new trends which concerning all this domains.

To follow, we have a description of the international presence of Bic and of its activity all around the world. That' proves the results realised on the different part of the world, and thanks to that we can know the importance of the results in each continent.

To finish we have a clear description of the financial results resume on two pages. This part is interesting because it's not too heavy and within these methods we can have figures easily. This presentation is dedicated for all the consumers, who can have quickly and easily the mains numbers on the company.

The quality of the report traduces the notoriety and the strong image of the brand. Fun and quality could be the best words to employ for the description of the BIC annual report.
