For the project of implantation of a company in a country of the European Union, we have chosen to work on the possibilities to implant Darty, a French distributor of electric household appliances, in Austria which doesn't exist yet in this State. So we will see the forces and the weaknesses proposed by Austria in the sector of activity, and if Austria is a good choice for the development of Darty in European Union.
We will present a plan in 2 parties.
Firstly the market research process with the PEST analysis of Austria and the recommendations.
Secondly the presentation of Darty with the sector analysis and the implantation.
