This document/study is a deep analysis of the different globalization drivers that influence multinational companies in their everyday activities around the globe. The analysis of the food and beverage industry is made in the report, then it focuses on two main competitors: PepsiCo and Nestlé. A comparison of the two companies is made after they have been analyzed in order to see how they respond to those drivers and in what way their behaviors are different compared to competitors. The report stresses on critical points through the use of important concepts such as the 5 competitive forces by Porter, the 4 globalization drivers... Finally, recommendations are made to the companies in relation with what was mentioned before.
