Study of the site of the French enterprise l'Oréal, today one of the world's leading cosmetics and beauty companies, in the USA. To enter the U.S. market, l'Oréal undertook some strategic acquisitions of Maybelline in 1996, Soft Sheen in 1998, Matrix, Kiehl's and Carson in 2000, ARTec in 2002 and SkinCeuticals in 2005.
