Essay : How do employment relationships impact the overall success of an organisation? The overall success of an organisation depends on many factors such as good finances, good market and competitive advantages. But an organisation can not be successful without sane employment relationships. There are several ways to measure the success of an organisation and that depends on which aspect we examine it from. For a financial director a success is to make money and for an employee it could be having a promotion, having a good wage or free time to spend with his family. Each person in a firm has a role in its success. And these people are unique and do not have the same expectations or the same way to work. The success is subjective. That is why in this work we will study how employment relationships impact on the overall success of an organisation from different points of view.
