Résumé
Essay written on the business strategy. Mintzberg argues that strategy emerges over time as intentions collide with and accommodate a changing reality. Emergent strategy is a set of actions, or behaviours, a realized pattern that was not expressly conceived in the original planning of strategy. This approach implies that an organization is learning what works really in practice and not only in theory. Thus, this assignment will focus on the way that the strategies form in organisations. It will endeavour to explore the variety and the complexity of strategy formation processes. It explores the complexity and variety of strategy formation processes by refining and analysing the concepts of deliberate and emergent strategy.
