RésuméStudy on the Australian identity. When asking some Australians chosen randomly what does the identity of their country evoke to them, most will answer : multiculturalism. The illustration of this word is obvious when watching a cross-section of young Australians: a representative sample of people come from all over the world would look quite the same. Asian people, Northern European or Mediterranean people, and of course the black natives, are all sharing, not without problems, the same island.
