Study on cultural difference and management practice between the UK and the United Arab Emirates. The world is becoming ‘smaller' and therefore cross-cultural business is a necessity for multinational organizations, as it will allow the enterprises to remain competitive in today's ever changing society. However, an organization cannot just simply set up operations in any region of the world and expect to be successful; it must understand the regions culture. Therefore, many researchers and experts have been examining the meaning of culture in the business context and have established the differences between various regions of the world. These findings have been of great use to multinational organizations and they have not only allowed the enterprises to prosper but have also benefited the various cultures in which they operate in.
