Résumé
Study on cultural difference and management practice, with reference to the United Kingdom (UK) and France. To identify and explain these cultural and management characteristics, we focus on three research studies of Hofstede, Trompenaars and Laurent because it enables on the one hand to understand how is the organization of a company in these countries and the relationship between employees and on the other hand to make the comparison between their cultural and managerial framework.
