The straight meaning of such a notion would be, at the first glance, a new version of the World Wide Web, an evolution, an improvement, something that will replace and propose new solutions to users. But a lot of critics attack the new Web version. Are we talking about a real technology or a simple marketing buzzword ? Is it an evolution or a revolution ?
