Today the “audit” takes various forms in all the fields of the company. It is an even question of bringing closer “audit” and strategy. Indeed the strategy remains an important point in the process of development of the companies and also today to define a strategy and to prepare the future of the organization. The strategy represents the quantitative and qualitative objectives that a company is fixed to in the more or less long term. According to these analyses, it is advisable to bring the terms “audit” and strategy closer and to show that the strategic audit is an examination of past and present with an aim of anticipating the future.
